Best Balinese cuisine you must try

1. Uraban

Urapan is a typical Balinese dish that is mixed with vegetables and sometimes cooked with eel. In Green Paon Urapan, we only make vegetables with the following ingredients: mixed boiled vegetables with Balinese spices, aromatic dry coconut, crispy shallot and dash with kafir lime juice.

2. Sate Lilit

Balinese-style sate lilit is a typical Balinese dish made from meat wrapped around lemongrass stalks or skewers, then grilled until cooked.

Balinese sate lilit has a distinctive and delicious taste. The main ingredients needed are : Ground chicken breast mixe with balinese bumbu, chopped fresh chilli, grated coconut, coconut milk, crispy shallot, twist it at lemon grass or bamboo stick.

 

3. Pepes Ikan

Balinese Pepes Fish is a Balinese specialty seasoned with aromatic spices, wrapped in banana leaves, then grilled or steamed until perfectly cooked. Its delicious and savory taste, with a touch of spiciness, makes this pepes fish a very popular dish.

Balinese Fish Pepes has a rich taste thanks to the distinctive Balinese spices. The main ingredients needed are: wrap saute herbs fish by banana leaf and grill cook.

4. Bergedel Jagung ( Corn pritas )

Bergedel Corn is a delicious snack or side dish that is often found in various Balinese dishes. With a crispy outside and soft inside, this bergedel corn uses fresh ingredients and Balinese spices.

For green paon corn fritters, we use our special seasoning, namely mixed slice cornmeal with spices, flour, egg and slice herbs deep frying.

5. Kacang Goreng ( fried nut )

If you do not have a peanut allergy, we highly recommend you try fried peanuts as a side dish for white rice or as a snack while you drink coffee/hot tea. Fried peanuts are very tasty and delicious when sprinkled with salt.

6. Soup ( Ayam / Vegetables )

Bali Vegetable Soup is a fresh soup dish with a distinctive taste of Balinese spices, full of fresh vegetables that are rich in taste and nutrition. This soup is suitable for various occasions because it has a light taste but is full of flavor.
